Where is personal data collected?
All data displayed and any data you may enter through your activities is stored at www.hyc-online.de on a server in Germany; however, we only collect information relating to your identity if you expressly provide it to us.

Personal data?
We maintain data on boats and club members on this website so that, for example, we can dynamically display a mooring plan. This data is not accessible to unregistered users and is visible only to club members. Data from the provider (... of the website)
As a rule, you can visit the hyc-online pages without us collecting any personal data or you having to log in. In such cases, we refer to visitors as being in ‘guest mode’. We may receive the following information about you from the provider, but not all of it is used or stored by us. Please use the links below for more detailed information.

your IP address (analysed for security purposes, then anonymised)

The information collected is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to protect the application from cyber-attacks. We use simple cookies on this site. Personal data is only collected if you register on our site or provide contact details to subscribe to a newsletter.

Do we pass on personal data to third parties?
We use your personal information solely to improve our online services and do not otherwise pass it on to third parties without having obtained your express consent. We value the trust you place in us and take the utmost care to protect your personal data.

No liability for partner sites
Please note that our partners and other websites and services accessible via our website have their own privacy policies, which are independent of ours. We accept no responsibility or liability for these policies and procedures, which are unrelated to us.

Right to Withdraw Consent
If you have provided us with personal data, you may request its deletion at any time. Simply send us a message to this effect and you will receive confirmation as soon as possible, along with a list of the data that has been removed.

We endeavour to make as little use as possible of social media components – which have, after all, fallen into disrepute. That is why we

- use simple cookies
- do not use Google Analytics

IP addresses?
To protect ourselves, our data and, above all, your personal data, we use IP addresses to detect hacker attacks and unauthorised access. Stored IP addresses are anonymised after 48 hours at the latest.
The BLACKLIST – i.e. IP addresses that are blocked – is exempt from the anonymisation of IP addresses described above. However, even in this case, we delete the suspicious IP address after 30 days.
